Research On Lamp Design Based On Tenon-mortise Structure

Tenon-mortise structure has existed for thousands of years.It is the unique cultural treasure house of the East and the brilliant treasure of Chinese civilization.The tenon-mortise structure pursues the artistic conception of natural leisure,which integrates cultural,natural,psychological,aesthetic and ergonomic factors,and embodies the people-oriented design idea.Studying and developing tenon-mortise structure is the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture,at the same time,making the past serve the present and broadening the living field of tenon-mortise structure in modern times.Lighting products have cultural permeability and inheritance are one of the best design carriers for the dissemination and promotion of mortise culture.As an indispensable daily necessities in people’s life,its practical and decorative functions are refined constantly in the development process,and become products that can represent people’s quality of life.And the design of lamps and lanterns is developing from the traditional idea of beauty and practicality to the direction of meeting people’s higher spiritual and cultural needs.The application of tenon and mortise structure in lamp design not only enriches the diversified manifestations of lamp design,improves the humanistic connotation of products,but also meets the spiritual needs of current users for the core of national culture.It can also further optimize the structure and function of lamps and lanterns,improve user experience and adapt to modern production mode.In the design of lamps and lanterns,it is particularly important to clarify the cultural representation,functional characteristics and creative ideas of tenon and mortise structure,and to rationally grasp the design method of tenon and mortise structure applied to lamps and lanterns products.In this paper,through the methods of literature research,market research,case analysis and summary,the design concept and method of mortise and mortise used in modern lighting products are systematically studied.Based on the tenon-mortise structure,this paper studies the concept and classification of tenon-mortise structure and its application in modern design,discusses the development trend of tenon-mortise structure in contemporary design,and analyses the advantages of tenon-mortise structure in lamp design.Then it studies the current situation,problems and development trend of modern lamps and lanterns design,and puts forward other possibilities of lamps and lanterns design.Starting from the transformation design and requirement of lamp products in mortise structure,this paper explores the direction of lamp design based on mortise symbolization,modularization and technological innovation,and determines the lamp types suitable for mortise structure.On this basis,the design method and technical elements of mortise and tenon lamps are studied,which provides a feasible practice for the design of mortise-based lamps and lanterns.An innovative design scheme of mortise-based lamps and lanterns is proposed.Finally,the author hopes that through the design of lamps and lanterns,viewers will be inspired by new cultural thinking.How to make lamp products have national culture and deeper spiritual connotation;how to make mortise culture Inherit through lamp design;how to make our mortise structure go further through lamp design.
