Study On Risk Management Of MD First Station Construction Project In Myanmar A Oil Depot

At present,the world oil resources are affected by the national production areas,regional situation,international rules and environmental resources,and the competition is extremely fierce.However,the economic growth of our country,the strategic energy reserve and the security of energy supply are increasingly threatened by the "bottleneck" of oil resources,which is also the core issue that the state and oil enterprises are most concerned about.When the demand for oil resources is much greater than the supply,crude oil depots and pipelines,as the core equipment of oil storage,transportation and management,are self-evident in their safety and stability.However,due to the great construction of crude oil storage and transportation project,the workload is heavy,and the equipment quality and application of crude oil storage and transportation are at the same time.There are strict requirements for the quality of work.Once the crude oil storage and transportation facilities are in the process of construction,there are any risks and hidden dangers,which will cause great losses to the storage and transportation of crude oil,and even endanger the safety and service life of the whole crude oil storage and transportation facilities.And caused serious environmental pollution,loss of personnel and property,a variety of negative social effects and other serious harm.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and stability of the construction project of oil storage and transportation facilities,this paper studies and designs the risk management of the first station construction project of MD in Myanmar A oil depot.Taking the first station construction project of MD in Myanmar A oil depot as an example,this paper first introduces the research status of international and domestic risk management,and then introduces the related concepts of project risk management.Then it introduces the present situation of China Petroleum International Project Management,and introduces the basic situation of Myanmar A Oil Depot MD first Station Construction Project from the point of view of the background,characteristics,project duration and technical difficulties of the first station construction of MD in Myanmar A Oil Depot.The risk management process of MD first station construction project in Myanmar A oil depot is designed,the work decomposition structure of the project is redesigned,and the construction of MD first station in Myanmar A oil depot is carried out by redesigning the work decomposition structure.The risk identification,analysis,response plan and response measures of the project are set up,and the quantitative analysis is carried out through AHM,and finally the research results are formed.
