With the rapid development of China's national economy,cars have been widely used for ordinary people,which makes China become a big country of automobile production and sales,and promotes the formation of a huge refined oil consumption market.In addition,in recent years,China's refined oil market has gradually formed a diversified market pattern.Apart from the original state-owned oil giants,there are a lot of domestic private enterprises and the world's well-known large oil companies,thus the market competition is fierce.In such a market environment,the original refined oil sales enterprises are faced with development challenges,and gas stations,as the key source of profits for enterprises,have received great attention.The development and survival of refined oil sales enterprises will be deeply affected by the success of the construction project of gas stations.However,there are many risks and hidden dangers in the construction projects of gas stations,which may bring bad effects to the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to and study the risk management of the construction projects of gas stations for the development of the whole project and enterprises.Focusing on the construction project of C company's gas station,this paper carried out the risk management research.Based on systematic analysis and sorting of relevant basic theories and research status,this paper first carried out a comprehensive introduction to the gas station project,and then identified the risks existing in the project based on relevant theories of risk management.On this basis,with the help of AHP analytic hierarchy process and two-dimensional risk assessment method,the overall risk analysis is carried out.After obtaining the weight values of all kinds of risks and evaluating the probability of risk occurrence and the degree of impact of its consequences,a certain judgment is made on the importance of risks.Based on the above calculation and evaluation results,the countermeasures for each risk are analyzed,and the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed accordingly.In this paper,the first level index weight ranking obtained by analytic hierarchy process is resource risk,investment decision risk,safety risk,cost risk,market risk and construction risk.According to the order of first level index weight,the risk control measures are analyzed.During the process of analyzing,integrated weight sorting based on the secondary indicators of risk and the risk level of value detained from two-dimensional risk assessment method were taking into consideration,to analyze the secondary risk factors comprehensively.Finally,it is concluded that for C company's gas station construction project,risks such as unsafe state of things,cost,decisions of construction design and so on should be given full intention,and risks such as land resource,land location decision and unsafe behaviors of people and so on just need reasonable control.With the help of this study,I hope to provide some suggestions on the risk management of the same type of gas station construction projects in China,and at the same time,provide a certain guarantee for the smooth completion and normal operation of the construction project of C Company's gas station.
