Printing machine is a accurate and complex equipment,its running state directly affects the quality of the final printed matter.However,the state of a single component does not represent the whole state of the printing press,so it is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive operating state of the printing press in order to master the operating condition of the printing press in time.At the same time,it is necessary to monitor the state of printing press in order to get a real-time and accurate understanding of the state of printing press.In this paper,the high-speed printing press as the research object,in view of the majority of c.urrent printing press mainly rely on the experience of operators to estimate the overall operating state of printing press,lack of state evaluation and state monitoring of printing press.Based on multi-source information fusion,the paper studies the method of running state evaluation of printing press,and establishes a printing machine state monitoring and evaluation system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To study the states of components in high-speed operation of printing press,select the components which have great influence on the running state of printing press,then an alyze the selected components,and determine the main influencing factors of each component.And use these factors as the basis for evaluating the state of the printing press.(2)To study the state evaluation method of printing press based on information fusion.Based on the theory of fiizzy analysis,to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and to make a single-factor decision on the selected factors.To combine the improved analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to calculate the influence weight coefficient of each factor.Finally,to fuse the single-factor decision result and the weight of each factor,and make the global decision according to the principle of maximum membership degree,and then obtain overall state evaluation result of the printing press.This paper takes the YRK61200 satellite flexo printing machine of Xi'an Aerospace Huayang Mechanical and Electrical equipment Co.,Ltd.as an example to evaluate the state of the printing machine.Through the experiment,the method can effectively and accurately evaluate the overall state of the printing press,and it has certain theoretical and practical value.(3)To study and design a real-time monitoring and comprehensive evaluation system for printing press.In this paper,to combine Lab VIEW,MATLAB and MySQL database,and then establish the state monitoring system of printing machine.Firstly,to select the sensors corresponding to each factor,then connect the sensors with the data acquisition card and the PC,and realize the real-time data acquisition,waveform display,data storage,beyond threshold alarm and comprehensive evaluation functions in the Lab VIEW software of the PC.
