Study On Schedule Control For Continuous Casting Line Reconstraction Project Of S Steell Plant

In recent years,the government called on the steel enterprise to reform technology to save the energy and reduce emission.And,the method to contract metallurgical project are changed.At present,the mode of “Engineering-Procurement-Construction(EPC)” is extensively used,and schedule control is very important in project management.The basis of the project schedule management theory is applied in this paper combined with case study method,in view of the continuous casting engineering EPC project,in-depth analysis and research S continuous casting production line reconstruction project progress management problems.First of all,from the project general situation,points out the emphases and difficulties of this project,in order to better solve the problem,in view of project management analysis Y engineering company with the state of the EPC project progress management,Y engineering company is summarized in the application of work breakdown structure and the deficiency of the original schedule management,reasonable and effective work done to the renovation project decomposition.Secondly,the method of schedule management suitable for the project is developed by combining the characteristics of the project,and a detailed four-level schedule system is set up.Use the Microsoft Project Project management software to find the corresponding critical path by importing the relevant logical relationships.Finally,according to the plan to establish adaptive control system,puts forward the corresponding control measures and dynamic monitoring in the process of plan implementation,timely and accurately grasp the actual progress of the project,especially in the progress control of critical path transportation roller progress deviation specific problems,respectively,from the planned inspection,analysis,planning,schedule variance adjustment of these three aspects are analyzed and successive solve,finally to achieve the aim of project delivery in advance.This paper research results to Y company will promote the optimization of engineering project schedule management,but also to similar projects in the field of engineering project management to provide some reference value.
