The application of the polyester-cotton one-bath soaping detergent replaces the traditional polyester-cotton two-bath soap washing,and omits the steps of reduction cleaning,which only needs the one-bath soaping after dyeing the cotton.It can save water,save energy,and protect the environment.The One-bath soaping after dyeing the cotton can effectively remove the floating colors of the disperse dyes and reactive dyes attached to polyester and cotton fiber,and improve the fastness of many aspects,including soaping,friction,etc.Currently,the polyester-cotton one-bath soaping detergent still has the disadvantage of poor soap washing effect under the condition of concentrated saline and alkali as well as the medium dark color.On the basis of the company's experiment,this experiment selects the single component with the excellent cleaning effect for reactive dyes as the experimental object.Through the single component cleaning experiment,it screens out EDDHA-Na(sodium ethylenediamine dio-phenyl acetate)as an auxiliary agent for reactive dyes according to many testing results,including the absorbance value of cleaning residues,the absorbance value of anti-stain residual liquids,the fabric K / S value,the fastness of friction color,and the fastness of soaping color.SDB is a kind of polyether finishing agent containing colloid protective agent,which has good affinity with disperse dyes.Hence,SDB finishing agent is selected as the experimental object of cleaning disperse dyes.Through SDB cleaning experiment,this thesis compares the reduction cleaning of fusing powder.Based on the fastness of friction color and the soaping color,it is to explore the feasibility of SDB as the components of cleaning disperse dyes.After remixed,EDDHA-Na and SDB are applied in soaping of polyester-cotton fabric.The fastness of friction color and soaping color is taken as the reference data to research the effect of the compound proportion on soap-washing effect.The experiment indicates that the soap washing effect is the best when the proportion of EDDHA-Na and SDB is three to seven(EDDHA-Na:SDB=3:7).Therefore,the compound under this condition is applied as the polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X.The application concentration,basic properties,and the salt-alkali resistance of lyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X is explored under different dye concentrations.This thesis conducts a comparative experiment on the centrifugal stability,the salt-resistance,and the alkali-resistance with those of market-free reduction-free cleaning agent 1# and 2 #.The results reveal that the stability of polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X is more stable,and the salt-resistant and alkali-resistant are also better than that of the market-sale polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent 1# and 2 #.The self-made polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X is compared with the market-sale reduction-free cleaning agent 1# and 2 #,and the results are as follows: when the concentration of disperse dye is 3%(o.w.f)and the concentration of reactive dye is 3%(o.w.f),the scuffing fastness and soaping fastness of polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X as well as the market-sale reduction-free cleaning agent 1# and 2 # after soaping are close to those of traditional soap washing process.When the concentration of disperse dye is 5%(o.w.f)and the concentration of reactive dye is 5%(o.w.f),the self-made polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent X has better soap washing effect than that of the market-sale reduction-free cleaning agent 1# and 2 #.According to the large-scale production,the technology of the polyester-cotton one-bath soap detergent takes a short time consumption,which can save about 3 hours effectively in comparison with the traditional technology.It also reduces the consumption of water and electricity,improves the production efficiency,and reduces the dyeing cost of the cloth about 850 Yuan per ton.
