The name of PTT fiber is polypropylene terephthalate,which is obtained by esterification and condensation of PTA and 1,3-propylene glycol?PDO?.PTT fiber is a kind of polyester fiber produced by chemical spinning of PTT polymer.Compared with the petroleum-dependent PTT fiber,PDO is prepared through the biological corn processing route,and the bio-based PTT fiber obtained by the polymerization and spinning of bio-based PDO and PTA reduces the consumption of petroleum resources and contributes to the protection of the earth's environment.The dyeing of fiber and fabric plays an indispensable role in the field of clothing textile and home textile,therefore it has important application value to study the dyeing of bio-based polyester fabrics.In this paper,bio-based PTT series polyester fabrics?bio-based PTT fabric,bio-based PTT/PET composite fabric,and bio-based modified PET/PTT composite fabric?were investigated as the object.On the basis of the physical properties of fiber fabric,synthetic disperse dyes and natural plant dyes were selected to carry out the dyeing performance on the fabric.The specific research content and results were shown below.?1?The main physical properties of bio-based PTT fabric,bio-based PTT/PET composite fabric,bio-based modified PET/PTT composite fabric and PET fabric were studied.Results showed four kinds of initial decomposition temperatures of the fibers were:330.7?,364.6?,356.8?,370.3?;the crystallinity was 28.04%,34.03%,33.84%,44.62%;glass transition temperature was 50?,60?,70?,75?;the fracture strength was 846.43 N,521.50 N,753.40 N,1189.9 N,and the elongation at break was 64.11%,43.66%,41.92%,16.7%;scanning electron microscopy?SEM?revealed smooth rod-like structures on the surface of the four fibers.?2?Study on dyeing properties of disperse dyes on bio-based polyester fabrics.The mechanism of low temperature disperse red FB dye on bio-based PTT fabric,bio-based PTT/PET composite fabric and bio-based PTT/PET composite fabric were studied.Dying rate curve showed that the dyeing rate constants K and diffusion coefficients D,and C?,K and D increased with the increased of dyeing temperature,while t1/2 was inversely proportional to D.The adsorption isotherm was Nernst adsorption and showed that the dyeing saturation values of the three fibers all increased,but the distribution coefficients all decreased with the increasing of dyeing temperature.On the basis of dyeing mechanism optimized process conditions:heat preservation temperature was 110?,holding time for 40 min,the pH value was 5-7.Under the optimal dyeing conditions,the dyeing percentage of the three fibers was up to 95%,and the fastness to sunlight,dry and wet rubbing was all around grade,and the fastness to sunlight was even better.?3?Study on dyeing properties of bio-based polyester fabrics with plant dyes.Madder and indigo plant dyes were used to dye bio-based PTT fabrics.The dye properties were analyzed as follows:thermol gravimetric analyzer analysis results showed that most of madder dye decomposition occured in about 300?,most of indigo dye decomposition occured in about 400?;Madder dye was very sensitive to the external environment.Different metal ions and pH values had great influence on the color of madder dye,which can enrich the chromatography of plant dyes.Madder dyes were used to dye bio-based PTT fabrics at room temperature and pressure,the optimization of dyeing:dyeing temperature was 90-100?,holding time for 40 min,pH value was weak acid?5-6?;the bio-based PTT fabrics dyed indigo leuco acid staining method of reduction system,optimization of dyeing temperature was 90?,holding time for 20-30 min,dye solution pH value was 5-6.In addition,the results showed that the PTT fabric dyed with madder had certain inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus.Madder-Ag+fabric has excellent inhibitory effect on the growth and reproduction of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.And it still had excellent antibacterial properities after 10 times of washing with 99%antibacterial rate.
