On The Current Situation Of Magnesium Industry Competitiveness In Yingkou Combined With Promotion Policy

In recent years,the magnesium industry with resource advantage has been developing rapidly,and its total output value has accounted for more than 10% of the total industrial economy in yingkou,which has developed into one of the two characteristic industries in yingkou.While the rapid development of magnesium industry brings economic benefits to local areas,there are also some problems that restrict its development.The competitiveness of magnesium industry needs to be continuously improved.Based on the magnesium industry in Yingkou,this paper explores which policy model that the local government should publish to solve the problems of cluster development,enhance the competitiveness of clusters,and provide references for local governments to develop other clusters.Based on the current development of magnesium industry,GEM diamond model is used to design and issue survey questions.According to the questionnaire results,the competitiveness of the magnesium industry in yingkou is analyzed scientifically,and the existing problems in industrial development are identified accurately.By using the theory of industrial cluster development and the theory of industrial cluster policy model,and drawing on the advanced experience of the Qingdao government and the Japanese government in developing industrial cluster,this paper puts forward a targeted policy model to enhance the competitiveness of the cluster and promote the healthy development of magnesium industry.At the same time,it puts forward some concrete suggestions to local government to develop industrial cluster.The conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows: By calculating the concentration degree of the cluster and using the concentration degree to correspond to the development stage of the industrial cluster,it is concluded that the magnesium industrial cluster in Yingkou has been formed and is entering the stage of gradual development;By issuing the questionnaire and combining with the results of the questionnaire,the GEM diamond model algorithm was used to construct the formula,and it was concluded that the magnesium industry in yingkou was superior to the average level,but did not show strong competitiveness overall;Accurately find out the current difficulties faced by the development of the magnesium industry;Combined with the theory of industrial cluster development and industrial cluster policy model,the government can take "1+3+1" to enhance thecompetitiveness of the cluster and promote the healthy development of the cluster."1" refers to the formulation of the development plan,namely,the strategic development plan of magnesium industry;"3" refers to the combination of three levels,namely,supply level,demand level and environmental level;"1" refers to the governance approach,that is,strengthening cluster governance.
