The spring breeze of intelligent manufacturing is coming to the world,it takes on the situation that the whole world saves up strength to start out.China's manufacturing industry is undergoing important changes,and the voice of the intelligent transformation for traditional industry has been running high.Fujian and even the Haixi regional numerical control equipment manufacturing enterprises started relatively late,the types of machine tools are diverse,the scale is small,the utilization rate of processing equipment is low,and the progressiveness is insufficient,which seriously restrict the development of the local high-end machine tool industry and enhance of the enterprise's innovation capability.In response to the demands of Haixi and China's development of high-end numerical control equipment manufacturing industry,with the support of the first batch of intelligent manufacturing new model projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,as the goal that building an effective regional NC machine tool body intelligent plant and realize intelligent manufacturing of high-end CNC machine tools body,to research and develop two key technologies for flesible intelligent production line design&simulation and intelligent manufacturing system design based on networked DNC in the development and integration of high-end CNC machine tools.The main research work of this paper reflects in:(1)Analyze the relevant basic theory of intelligent manufacturing plant,the current development status of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad,especially the application and effectiveness of intelligent plant in practice.Combined with the needs of the machine tool manufacturing industry in the region,the status of cooperative enterprise,and the tasks and goals for the construction of intelligent plant,build the overall structure of the machine tool body intelligent manufacturing plant.(2)Study the process solution based on the model definition(MBD).Based on the grouping of the machine tool body and the planning of the typical parts process route,plan the intelligent production line of the machine tool main body headstock?bed/pillar type parts and use the CATIA software to plan a three-dimensional model of the intelligent production line for headstock/motor seat parts.The simulation analysis and process optimization of the mixed line manufacturing line based on the Plant Simulation platform were performed on the bed/pillar to avoid the bottleneck process and balance the production cycle,which can effectively increase the annual output.(3)Analyze the development status of the current Distributed Numerical Control(DNC)technology and its application in the intelligent plant.Combining the development requirements of the intelligent manufacturing system of the machine tool body,the intelligent machine tool body manufacturing control system based on networked DNC and its cloud service platform are constructed.Designed and developed five key functional modules such as machine tool communication,program management,task management,real-time monitoring,and data acquisition of the networked DNC platform with a modular structure;using SQL Server 2008 and ADO-based database access technology for production data management.The integration of networked DNC and MES systems is achieved through Ethernet,and the utilization rate of bottom floor equipment and production efficiency are improved.On the basis of the above research,the upper software of control system and man-machine interaction program for the machine tool body intelligent manufacturing were developed by VisualC++6.0 platform.The experimental platform was set up in the company's workshop and conduct the online debugging experiment of the function program.It verifies the correctness?feasibility and stability of the designed software and hardware system and management system.The research method of the paper has reference value for the research and development of the intelligent manufacturing system and is conducive to the intelligent manufacturing of the machine tool body.
