The Study On Improvement Countermeasures For Quality Management In Hai Yang Oil Production Plant

With the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises in order to develop in the fierce competition,we must strive to improve their ability to adapt to the needs of market competition.This paper studies the domestic and foreign research status of quality management,analysis of the current situation of quality management in oil production plant,the data obtained through a lot of research,and with the straight list of quality analysis tools,find out the existing problems of quality management: quality system execution is not enough,the production process of the connection is not close,the staff quality consciousness is weak,the information communication smooth.To analyze the existing problems by using the method of fishbone diagram,identify the reasons cause problems: continuous improvement of quality management system,quality control between nodes,middle-level cadres of enterprises did not play a leading role,the lack of teaching and training,the implementation of strict evaluation.Based on the research of quality management theory,combined with the actual situation of oil production plant,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality management of oil production plant by using Deming PDCA management theory.Corresponding to PDCA in order to improve the quality management system,strengthen the quality of node control,strengthen quality inspection and implementation of the assessment mechanism and other initiatives.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the quality management.
