| The oilfield surface engineering project is the general term for various facilities that must be built on the ground in order to make the oilfield form commercialized production capacity.The oilfield surface engineering project requires long investment cycle and large investment volume,and directly affects the productivity of oilfield enterprises.As the changeable market,in the construction of oil field ground engineering projects,although there is a set of independent and standardized procurement process,the preset targets cannot be achieved due to the constrains of funds,resources,environment and production capacity,which rises risks affecting the progress of the project.Any mistakes in the construction of oilfield surface engineering projects may lead to risks and cause huge losses to the projects.Therefore,the paper systematically studies the risk management of material procurement in ground engineering projects.We analyze the specific problems in the management of purchasing risk,finding out the corresponding countermeasures to minimize the unnecessary losses,reduce the operational risk of the project and improve the economic efficiency and the risk management level.It provides a new idea for the improvement of the procurement risk management method for oilfield ground engineering projects.The specific circumstances of the procurement of oil field ground of the project with risk management theory,risk analysis and evaluation of procurement business processes,help to improve the ability of oilfield ground engineering to control the risk.In the process of risk identification and risk assessment,the AHP procurement risk assessment model is used to transfer the purchase risk from the subjective evaluation to the objective evaluation,so that the risk prevention and response are more pertinent,which will help to improve the risk management of the material procurement of the ground engineering projects in the oil field and reduce the unnecessary losses. |
