According to the analysis of the demand for remote monitoring of oilfield production process and monitoring conditions,the paper puts forward the scheme of remote monitoring of oil well parameters based on Android system.The system can collect the load and displacement of the pumping unit in real time,and can monitor the speed,voltage,current and frequency of the motor in real time.The monitoring interface of the system can see the change of each parameter in real time,and can also see the change of the dynamometer,so as to monitor the operation of the pumping unit more intuitively.This article is divided into four parts: data acquisition,data wireless transmission,server design and Android monitoring terminal.Through the Schneider PLC M340 and inverter ATV71,data acquisition part collects signal detected by sensors and electrical parameters of the motor.The data wireless transmission part centers on STM32 microcontroller,and communicates with PLC on Modbus protocol,to achieve the treatment and transmission of oil well parameters.Making data transmission protocol,and through the STM32 serial port connected GPRS module SIM800 A for data wireless transmission.According to the AT command,SIM800 A registered and attached to the GPRS network and set the module work type,define the PDP mobile scene,activate the PDP,get IP.Set the module connection mode as the GPRS connection module,CMNET as the access point.Configure the transparent mode of single link mode in the TCP / IP application,establish TCP connection with the server,to transfer data through the data mode.Cloud service features with resource-virtualization,billing according to the use,sharing and pervasive.In addition,cloud computing has high scalability and strong compatibility.Therefore,applying for the Ali Cloud server,and it has the computing services with the processing ability to be elastic telescopic.Develop communication applications on the cloud services,to complete Socket communication based on the C/S structure.Android system is free and open,widely used in some portable devices in life.In this article,developing the monitoring software on the Android phone.Android client rewrites the run method through inherits the Thread class to open a sub-thread,connect to the network and receive data.Receive the data packet sent by the GPRS module,and parse the data frame,and process the data.Through the Handler message mechanism to achieve communication between sub-thread and the main thread.Use the Graphics API to draw charts in the UI interface.Through the communication between the threads to refresh the data,to achieve real-time display of trends and demonstrations.
