Safety glass belongs to the deep processing product of common plate glass.At present,the safety glass with the widest range of production and use at home and abroad mainly includes tempered glass,insulating glass and bulletproof glass,etc.Its production enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized ones in China.In recent years,production safety accidents have occurred frequently,causing serious economic losses.In order to strengthen the management of production safety and reduce and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,scientific management means and effective standardization system of production safety are urgently needed to provide guidance for enterprises.In this paper,some safety glass production enterprise as the research object,in order to improve enterprise’s safety production status as the goal,the principle of facilities planning to match the safety production standardization theory,from the enterprise,the popularization of scientific management thoughts and the establishment of safety culture,personnel and equipment and standardize the management of logistics,improve the productivity of the enterprises in the use of facilities planning method at the same time,eliminate the equipment and logistics security hidden danger,to further improve the safety management level of enterprises,improve the applicable to safety glass enterprise safety production standardization management system content.The specific work content is as follows:First,the development process of production system facility planning and enterprise safety production standardization is comprehensively summarized,and the importance of the two to enterprise safety development is elaborated.The specific implementation steps of production system facility planning and the construction idea of safety production standardization system suitable for safety glass enterprises are proposed.Second,according to the layout of the enterprise existing problem,the system arrangement design(SLP)method is used on the original layout optimization,the production workshop is divided into 24 units,through the enterprise actual production demand plan required for each operation unit area,using the unit operation of logistics and the logistics relationship analysis summary concludes that comprehensive relationship between the operation unit,and thus it is concluded that homework unit position correlation diagram,finally got two SLP satisfy the demand of the area of production workshop facility layout scheme.Third,aiming at the shortcoming of SLP dynamic flexible planning method,using the computer simulation software Flexsim to evaluate two SLP planning and optimization,the actual production logistics data as simulation input,a simulation model based on the principles of optimization of optimization and data output,the productivity of scheme 1 and scheme 2 is 81.9% and 80.9% respectively.Finally,two optimization schemes were selected according to the simulation data of six core evaluation indexes,and Flexsim optimization scheme I was obtained as the optimal facility planning layout scheme.Fourth,aiming at safety glass production enterprise multiple types and reasons for the accidents of the current situation of production scale of the enterprise,through the formulation of accident investigation case analysis to provide the reference to enterprise’s safety management,establish an effective accident prevention mechanism,dynamic management by building safety regulations and standards in the glass industry database,make the enterprise management personnel real-time to query and update of glass codes and standards,enhancing the management level of enterprise’s safe production.
