The layout of the construction site is an important part of the construction organization design,and also the premise and foundation of the construction project.At present,as an important part of project management,the design of the construction site plan has not received enough attention,and does not play a key guiding role,but often in the form.Therefore,the traditional plan of the construction site is obviously unable to meet the demand.With the development of new technology,BIM technology can achieve overall control over the construction site condition in the process of project implementation,and the potential risk factors of the site can also be analyzed and dealt with by such technology.So as to ensure that the construction of the project has a good safety.Through the BIM technology can solve the construction site plane problem standardization premise,so that the construction site management of a large number of data can timely provide decisionmaking support for each level of management and control,At the same time,the security management process for early warning and response.In addition,the safety cost is an important part of the project safety management,in which the logistics cost accounts for a large proportion of the safety cost.Compared with the lean production industry,which pursues the lowest cost and maximizes profits,the construction industry is a more extensive mode of production,and there is considerable room for improvement.In the construction industry,the influence of logistics facilities layout on construction safety management is still lack of related research,and it is less necessary to optimize and avoid unnecessary waste of logistics cost from the point of view of logistics facilities planning.Systematic layout Design(SLP)and material handling system Analysis(SHA)in general The application of flow facility planning can reduce logistics cost through scientific facility layout planning and good material handling methods.For the systematic layout design method,it mainly collects all aspects of information data as the basis,and then carries on the standardized drawing to the related tables and graphics,realizes the related operation and the constraint,and obtains several initial feasibility schemes.The material handling system analysis can combine the systematic layout design,optimize the material handling method,and form a more economical and applicable material handling scheme.Then,under the condition of the comparative study of the limiting factors and the relevant correction factors,Get the best Layout design.At present,the process of building construction site layout rarely analyzes the convenience of logistics,and it is difficult to carry out systematic facilities planning,which leads to serious waste of many logistics resources.The SLP method in logistics facility planning and design is connected with SHA,and it is applied in the layout of logistics facilities,so that the logistics cost can be reduced significantly.Considering the problem that the static construction plane layout does not match the dynamic construction requirements,this paper proposes an initial scheme based on BIM technology adjustment and optimization based on system layout design analysis.According to the resource demand,optimize the layout of the construction,and then compare with the original static layout to verify the feasibility and application value of the dynamic layout model on the construction site.
