Study On Valuation Of Ecological Resources Under The Background Of Eco-civilization Systemin In Guian

The evaluation of ecological resources value has always been a hot issue for many scholars in different fields,There are many related research methods,Because the value of ecological resources is scarce,property,factor of production,transactability,credit attribute,and macro-control means,the acquisition of ecological resources data has certain limitations,it is difficult to get the value of regional ecological resources completely by a single calculation model.This paper introduces the case of ecological civilization construction of communities and towns under the background of ecological civilization system at home and abroad,analyses the relevant theories of ecological civilization in recent years in China-emphatically analyses the system of ecological civilization in Guian,The ecological resources of Guian were counted,and the value of ecological resources in Guian was estimated by using NPV method,user cost method and emergy analysis method.Finally,based on the estimated value of ecological resources in Guian,the weight of ecological resources in Guian is determined by using the method of entropy weight.The results are as follows:The total value of ecological resources in Gui'an is 409.1697 billion yuan,of which the value of water resources is 156.1336 billion yuan,the value of atmospheric resources is 11.6413 billion yuan,the value of land resources is 177.8743 billion yuan,and the value of ecological services is 63.5205 billion yuan.Under the background of "Two Mountains Theory",the value of" Clear waters and green mountains" provides a theoretical basis for mountains of gold and silver.The weight of biodiversity in Gui'an New Area is the largest,which is 0.07;the weight of surface water resources is 0.069;the weight of tourism services and rainwater utilization potential is 0.068,which is more important.These data show that maintaining the biodiversity,surface water resources and rainwater utilization potential of Guian will,to a certain extent,promote the ecological resources of Guian and the urban development of Guian.
