Study On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure Optimization And Upgrading Of Hunan Province And Environmental Pollution

For a long time,China's economic take-off has basically been achieved through the use of low-cost labor,high resource consumption,and high environmental costs.Under this development model,while the economy has grown rapidly,environmental issues that are closely related to people's lives have also become increasingly prominent.The current irrational industrial structure in China is an important cause of the inconsistency between economic development and environmental protection,and the slowdown in economic growth.Therefore,the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and environmental pollution has been studied to promote the construction of ecological civilization and the green and cyclical development.Important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the optimization of industrial structure and related theories of environmental pollution,this paper starts from the actual situation in Hunan Province,establishes relevant comprehensive indicators that reflect the industrial structure and environmental pollution in Hunan Province,and uses the canonical correlation analysis and VAR model to study the optimization of industrial structure in Hunan Province.The relationship between environmental pollution.The empirical results show that there is a long-term negative relationship between the upgrading of industrial structure in Hunan Province and the intensity of environmental pollutant discharge during the 30 years from 1986 to 2015.The degree of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is continuously increasing,and the intensity of emission of environmental pollutants is decreasing year by year.A benign interaction between the two systems is gradually realized.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,relevant policies and suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure and improving the environmental quality to promote the coordinated development of Hunan's economy and the environment are proposed.
