| The rationality of economic structure determines the sustainability of economic growth,and the rationality of industrial structure plays a decisive role in the economic structure.The scientific adjustment of the proportion of various industries can promote the rational allocation of resources and realize the sustainable development of economy and environment.Yunnan is located in the southwest of China,with rich natural resources and environmental resources.In the early stage of rapid economic development,environmental pollution is very serious.Therefore,based on the data of environmental resources and economic development in Yunnan Province,this paper uses statistical econometric model to study the relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution in Yunnan Province,in order to summarize the change law between industrial structure and environmental pollution,provide scientific theoretical basis for the government to formulate reasonable industrial structure adjustment direction and environmental pollution control policy,and provide reference for the economic development of Yunnan Province It has important practical significance and reference value to realize the sustainable and stable economic growth of the whole province.Taking Yunnan Province as the research object,this paper selects the time series data of relevant industrial structure indicators and environmental indicators from 1990 to 2019.Firstly,by using entropy method,petty Clark law and related literature research,the environmental pollution index and industrial structure upgrading coefficient are constructed respectively.Secondly,through canonical correlation analysis,the specific correlation between the added value of the three industries and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions,industrial wastewater emissions and industrial solid waste production in Yunnan Province is analyzed.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,the industrial structure upgrading coefficient is calculated VAR model is used to study the dynamic two-way relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution in Yunnan Province.The results show that:(1)There is a strong correlation between the industrial structure and environmental pollution in Yunnan Province.The development of the primary industry and the secondary industry is positively correlated with environmental pollution,while the development of the tertiary industry is negatively correlated with environmental pollution.(2)Industrial structure,industrial structure and environmental quality have mutual influence and interaction relationship.On the one hand,the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial structure can alleviate environmental pollution to a certain extent,on the other hand,the aggravation of environmental pollution will force the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial structure,but this effect is limited.(3)Through variance decomposition,it can be seen that the contribution of industrial structure and industrial structure to environmental pollution is on the rise,especially the industrial structure.(4)On the whole,the advantages of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure to improve the environment have not been fully reflected,and the deterioration of the environment has not effectively inhibited the development of heavy industry.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Province,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects: adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure,using the government’s macro means,developing circular economy and strengthening government supervision,so as to realize the sustainable development of economy and finally achieve the "win-win" of environment and economy.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in four aspects,one is the research object.This paper takes the relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution in Yunnan Province,a resource-based underdeveloped area,as the research object.To a certain extent,it makes up and improves the blank of the research on the relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution in such areas.The results of this study and the countermeasures and suggestions based on the characteristics of Yunnan Province,and the future industrial structure adjustment of Yunnan Province In terms of the overall direction and environmental protection,it is also a useful reference;the second is the index construction.This study explored the use of entropy weight method to build the environmental pollution index system,and based on petty Clark law and Xu’s research as the basis,to construct the industrial structure upgrading coefficient,so as to eliminate the influence of subjective factors in previous studies as far as possible,and make the indicators more objective;the third is the selection of variables.In the empirical study of the relationship between the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and environmental pollution,in addition to the use of environmental pollution index and upgrading coefficient of industrial structure,the proportion of the output value of heavy industry in the total industrial output value is also added,which makes the research more targeted and comprehensive,which is different from the previous research;fourth,research methods.Before the research on the relationship between industrial structure optimization and environmental pollution,this paper studies the relationship between industrial structure and environmental pollution,which makes the research more rigorous and thorough than previous studies.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows: first,the data collected as far as possible are used in this study,and representative indicators are selected to participate in the construction by selecting representative index construction methods.However,due to the influence of data availability,the conclusion still has certain limitations;second,due to the large amount of data to be collected,the time span of data is large,and the data indicators There are many kinds of environmental statistical indicators in the process of collection,so it is necessary to refer to the relevant environmental statistics manual to adjust the data,which may lead to some errors in the results. |
