Study On Classification Management System For Work Safety Risk Of Zhaoqing City

With Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Great Bay Area promoted to the level of national development strategy,Zhaoqing City,located in the construction of Great Bay Area connecting the southwest hub portal city,is making great efforts to build an important bearing place for scientific and technological industry innovation,which will usher in a period of high-speed development opportunities.However,at the same time,with the continuous promotion of urbanizationne and industrialization,the imbalance between urban and rural and regional development,the large proportion of high-risk industries,the coexistence of traditional and new production and management methods,the old accident management model and the new era of production safety work are not suitable and other problems are prominent,work safety is faced up with many risks,therefore,the situation is still grim.How to identify,check and analyze production safety risks scientifically and effectively? How to assess,grade and implement the corresponding control measures for the identified risks? This paper attempts to answer the above questions by the constuction of the control system of production safety risk level in Zhaoqing City.Taking Zhaoqing City as an example,in view of the construction of safety production risk classification control system in line with the actual situation in this area,as well as the implementation of safety risk classification and classification control,the accident is limited to preventable and controllable scope in the paper.First of all,it's to refer to the existing literature,clarify the corresponding national and industry standards,norms and regulations,regional or industry basic data,analyze the current situation and existing problems of management.In addition,by grasping the existing types,quantities and distribution of risks through risk investigation,the risk matrix method is used to analyze and grade the risks,which are divided into four grades: red,orange,yellow and blue,exploring the establishment of production safety risk database and electronic map in the whole city.In the end,this paper makes a study of the differential management and control of different levels of production safety risk,strengthens the risk control technology,system and management measures,and on this basis,the countermeasures of perfecting the hierarchical controlsystem of production safety risk in the next step are made a study.By the research of this paper,it has the application of combining theory with practice,achieving the effect of solving practical problems.However,the theory of work safety risk control is still a new theory in our country,and the concrete implementation still needs to solve the problems and improve the mechanism in order to further improve the ability and level of production safety management at the grass-roots level.
