IT Project Management Research And Implementation Based On Trafficport And Work Safety

Traffic port enterprises' work safety directly determines the safety of people's lives and property,and the government departments through the traditional inspection and supervision has been unable to meet the needs of post-accountability of government transformation.Incoming traffic through the construction of work safety of IT project,it can be more effectively incoming traffic work safety standardization and evaluation of real-time dynamic monitoring.The research has important practical significance.In this paper,work safety of IT project as case studies and starting point,analyzes the schedules and risk management project,and according to the status-depth analysis of IT project problems on these issues to be addressed in order to explore a new model for Shanghai Port and traffic work safety IT project construction.This paper researched from two aspects of schedule management and risk management of traffic work safety IT project.The theory and practice study on the method of combination the schedule management and the resources required for this project to design and optimize the allocation,to focus on this project in different stages,will not the same content,degree,time and cohesive relations effectively connected,according to the logical relationship between different schedules,to develop suitable for incoming traffic safety information of the project schedules.The method and the use of rolling program schedule application to practice,and to regularly check the security gap irregularly planned production information and the actual progress of the project and between,if the gap is large,but also to find out the difference so the reason,and re-set the work safety project schedule critical path,which make up the fast iterative deviation.In risk management,project needed different historical data,and combined with the theory of knowledge to analyze the different aspects of risk exists.Specific steps to follow risk identification,assessment,deal with this logical thinking to establish a risk management model and to ensure risk control activities will be applied to the risk management strategy for project provide protection.The research results have certain reference value for constructing of the traffic work safety of IT projects in other areas.
