Chinese metal and nonmetal mines exist some characteristics,such as in large quantities, the uneven distribution, safety awareness is weak, prone to serious accidents and so on. Expand work safety standardization become the key initiatives to standardise production activities and improve the safety management quality in metal and nonmetal mines. Because of safety standardization work generated a lot of complex information and data about safety management, manpower management in information and data have been unable to meet the needs of the metal and nonmetal mine. Build Management Information System to assist metal and nonmetal mine carry out the work safety standardization, to reduce unnecessary waste of human and material resources and promote information security management.This article analyzes the domestic and foreign security supervising actualities and the theory of metal and nonmetal mine work safety standardization system, discussed the research status of work safety standardization in the field of Management Information System. Afterwards, strictly in accordance with the software engineering requirements of the Management Information System, through requirements analysis, architecture and detailed design, software testing and so on preparatory works, initial build the expansibility Management Information System for metal and nonmetal underground mine work safety standardization. Combined the specific implementation guidelines of metal and nonmetal underground mine work safety standardization, blend the metal and nonmetal mine work safety standardization actual creation into safety management knowledge, this system based on smart client and other computer-related technologies, optimized the current production work safety standardization management information system architecture, and achieved scoring module’s scalability design. The system is divided into basic information management, rating information management, document sharing, management, user function menu, integrated information query, system management and system exit, which achieved information sharing and security standardized scoring features and has a certain practical significance for safety production standardization.
