Titanium alloys have become the preferred structural materials in aerospace and other fields due to their excellent physical and chemical properties.Due to the uniqueness of its own processing technology and abrasive belt structure,abrasive belt grinding has become an effective way to process titanium alloy materials.However,the degree of abrasive wear of the abrasive belt and the grinding temperature will affect the processing reliability and processing continuity of the titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding tool system.If no measures are taken to slow the wear of the abrasive belt,not only will the energy consumption of the abrasive system increase,but also the quality of the grinding workpiece will decrease.However,if the belt replacement frequency is too high,it will affect the processing efficiency and resource utilization efficiency of the abrasive system.Therefore,it is necessary to use the existing titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding equipment resources as the research object,from the three aspects of the service life of the abrasive belt,the energy consumption of the abrasive system and the environmental impact of the abrasive system to analyze the optimization of the equipment resources of the abrasive system.The aim is to propose a method for optimizing the resource utilization of the abrasive belt system for saving the abrasive belt,reducing the energy consumption and achieving environmental friendliness.Firstly,the types of resources of titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding tools are analyzed.Combined with the grinding mechanism of the abrasive belt and the grinding characteristics of the titanium alloy,the factors affecting the resource environment and environment such as the service life of the abrasive belt,the energy consumption of the abrasive system and the environmental impact are studied.Secondly,the optimization model of the titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding tool system is established,which is based on the processing efficiency,specific energy efficiency and processing cost of the abrasive system.A method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and AHP gray correlation solving optimization model is proposed.Finally,the two parts of the abrasive belt grinding part and the grinding fluid in the titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding tool system are optimized.And build a test verification platform to compare and analyze the grinding performance,resource consumption and environmental friendliness before and after the optimization of the abrasive system.Therefore,the feasibility of the resource optimization model of the titanium alloy abrasive belt grinding tool system for resources & environment is verified.
