The wild boletus are famous for their delicious taste and rich in variety of nutritious such as vitamins, minerals,Amino acid, unsaturated fatty acids and high-quality protein, they has a variety of biological activities such as:anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-tumor,hypolipidemic,and so on,so that make it popular amoung the costomers. The ergothioneine content of boletus with strong antioxidant and anti-aging activities is much higher than edible mushrooms.Yunnan is the most abundant area of wild boletus in the world.5 kinds of wild boletus,Boletus bainiugan?Rugiboletus extremiorientalis?Nioboletus brunneissimu?Lanmaoa asiatica?Butyriboletus roseoflavus which are popular in Yunnan Province were used as research objects, use modern analytical techniques to determine the content of ergothioneine, and a model of liver injury in mice was established by using carbon tetrachloride,to evaluated the effects of ergothioneine on liver injury in 5 kinds of wild boletus species. The main research contents and results in this paper are as follows:1.Determination of ergothioneine in five wild BoletusErgothioneine was extracted from Boletus by water extraction and ethanol precipitation, and the content of ergothioneine in boletus was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The linear regression equation is Y=13097X-756.52(R~2=0.9997),the results showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-0.385 mg/g.The inter-day precision and intra-day precision for ergothioneine were 1.63%and 2.3%,respectively.The content of ergothione in Boletus was determined as follows:Lanmaoa asiatica 1.393 mg/g,Boletus bainiugan 1.263 mg/g,Rugiboletus extremiorientalis 0.3324 mg/g,Butyriboletus roseoflavus 0.301mg/g,Nioboletus brunneissimu 0.09656 mg/g.2.Establishment of carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury model in miceCarbon tetrachloride was prepared with olive oil into 0.1%and 0.2%.The mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.1%twice a week,0.1%everyday,0.1%every other day,0.2%twice a week,0.2%everyday and0.2%every other day.The dosage of each injection was 1 mL/100g.After 6weeks,the injury of each group was compared and the best concentration treatment method was selected. The mice injected with 0.1%carbon tetrachloride twice a week were severely injured and most stable,so the best condition was selected.3.Establishment of carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury model in miceErgothioneine extracts of boletus were used to treat mice with liver injury and to explore whether they have protective effects on liver. The model mice were given ergothioneine extracts 2 ml/100g 3 times a day according to their body weight. After 6 weeks later, the liver and blood was taken for analysis. The results showed that compared with untreated model mice, the liver damage of treated mice varied with the concentration of ergothioneine, the higher the concentration of ergothioneine, the lighter the damage, and vice versa, the more serious the damage. The results are as follows:Lanmaoa asiatica>Boletus bainiugan>Rugiboletus extremiorientalis>Butyriboletus roseoflavus>Nioboletus brunneissimu...
