Methane sensor is one of the most widely used underground monitoring equipment in our country,with the coal mine electrification reform policy and the increase of the underground safety management level,the function requirements of methane sensor are becoming more and more strictly.The methane sensor will not only be needed to measure the parameters of the gas accurately,but also to record the gas concentration systematically and upload the measured data in real time.T,he methane sensor,which is based on the simple 8-bit-MCU,cannot satisfy the requirement of real-time gas monitoring irn mining area.The development of intelligent methane sensor based on high performance processor and embedded system has become a research hotspot at domestic and oversee.This paper designs a new smart mine methane gas sensor system based on ARM and embedded OS.The specific includes:The whole system of smart methane sensor designed in this paper is divided into four parts:the hardware design of circuit;the development and transplantion of embedded uC/OS-? operating system;the development of sensor communication protocol;the experimental verification of Sensor.Here we select mainstream ARM microprocessor STM32 as system's core measurement chip and give a specific hardware circuit design according to the needs.It includes:the ARM system hardware,the data measurement circuit,the system power circuit,the input circuit,the alarm circuit,the e2rom storage circuit and the digital display circuit design.Then this paper descripts an embedded system,transplanting uC/OS-? operation system and builds embedded system based on STM32 processor,include:transplanting the operating system,understanding the operating system workflow,modification of the completion of the STM32 processor kernel file and writing an application.According to the characteristics of methane sensor used in coal mine,the software design,the design of communication protocol,the design of simple communication measurement data and real-time display at the same time,The system has highly stabile with good cost performance and wide practical meaning.
