| With the rapid development of China’s economy,urbanization is growing faster and faster,and there is more and more demand for public infrastructure.The government’s investment in this field has grown dramatically.In order to alleviate the government’s investment pressure in this field,PPP(Public Private)The Partnership model is widely adopted and applied by governments at all levels.This paper mainly combines the development status of domestic PPP model and the related theoretical literature review in this context,and proposes the risk identification and evaluation of public infrastructure projects under PPP mode.This paper comprehensively uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the research object.When identifying the risk,it uses the literature review method,expert survey method,risk decomposition method and historical experience method to carry out the whole process of PPP project execution.Identification,and then use AHP to determine the weight of each risk.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk level of the whole project.The obtained results provide a useful reference for the risk management of PPP public infrastructure projects in China.The paper takes the risk assessment of PPP public infrastructure project as the research object,and applies the theory of risk management to study the evaluation object.In the risk identification stage of PPP project,the literature review method,historical experience method,risk decomposition method and expert investigation method are mainly used to analyze the risk of the whole process of the project.A total of six sources of risk in politics,economy,law and contract,environment,construction and operation were identified,and a risk evaluation index system was established.In the risk assessment stage,the evaluation model is established by using the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the identified risks and overall risk levels are evaluated.Then use the evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper to conduct risk assessment on a sewage treatment plant project. |
