| In this paper,it divides the Kelameili gas field into different periods based on different technical characteristics, this paper simulates the lifecycle process of gas gathering and transportation.According to the simulation results, the adaptive and economic analysis are carried out to determine the best conversion time of the the process of injection of glycol turning to heating in gas wells at the early stage. Then, the analysis of influencing factors about two processes is carried out,the influence degree of the wellhead parameters on the process is determined.According to the prediction data of the wellhead parameters of the gas field for the next 20 years, three technical schemes: pressurization on gas gathering station and dehydration in low temperature, pressurization on treatment plant and dehydration in low temperature, gathering in medium and low pressure and dehydration with molecular sieve are designed to adapt to the characters of low pressure gas wells at the middle stage. The results of comparative analysis show that the present value of the total cost in scheme No.1 is the best. The effect of gas hydrate control is also analyzed, and the thermal insulation layer of gas pipelines is optimized at the end of the gas field.Sensitive assessment about the pressure and water content is carried out.Gas dehydration with molecular sieve is the best process to adapt to the low pressure and low gas flow conditions.Based on the lifecycle assessment, the time to transfer the injection of glycol process to heating is clarified. The feasibility and necessity of the pressurization process are demonstrated. The conversion time between the dehydration in low temperature and the dehydration with the molecular sieve is determined. The construction scheme of the high, middle and low pressure gas transmission is put forward at the end stage. |
