The Lanzhou-Chengdu pipeline is a crude oil pipeline with complicated topography and geomorphology,poor natural conditions,and large gaps.The crude oil in Xinjiang and Shanxi was transported to the southwest region by the closed transport technology at room temperature.Due to the change in the transportation of oil,the physical properties of crude oil are different from those in the initial design.Improper parameter settings during initial design and increased transmission,operation and control parameters cannot provide proper protection,the pipeline system is very vulnerable to water hammer and other accidents.Therefore,it is extremely important to study water hammer simulation analysis and control optimization of the Lanzhou-Chengdu pipeline crude oil pipeline.Firstly,the pipe simulation software SPS is used to establish the pipeline simulation model of Lanzhou-Chengdu crude oil pipeline,according to the characteristics of longdistance pipeline control,determine the control requirements and study the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline system.Secondly,by analyzing the source of the water hammer accident risk and the simulation of accident conditions.The protection scheme establishes and analyzes the extent and extent of the impact of water hammer accidents,checks the current water hammer protection procedures,and preliminarily concludes the existing problems and countermeasures.Optimizes the water hammer protection procedures to ensure the maximum instantaneous pressure does not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the pipeline,the pressure does not exceed the design pressure after stabilization,and the generation of negative pressure is avoided and reduced as much as possible to ensure the high reliability of the safety production of the Lanzhou-Chengdu pipeline,the efficiency of the operation,and the response to accidents timeliness.
