The rise of modern industry has brought conflicts to traditional hand-made papermaking,which has brought many problems to the inheritance and protection of traditional hand-made papermaking techniques.The hand-made papermaking skills as intangible cultural heritage are facing the risk of succession,and the inheritance and protection of handicrafts are especially important.People's demand for quality of life is increasing,and mass-produced furniture products can no longer meet the needs of all people.More and more people are pursuing products with historical and cultural heritage,and developing products with temperature and cultural value is a good one.direction.Using handmade paper as the raw material of the product can not only spread the culture through the form of the product,but also improve the grade of the product and design for the pursuit of a higher level and a better life.People's demand for quality of life is increasing,and mass-produced furniture products can no longer meet the needs of all people.More and more people are pursuing products with historical and cultural heritage,and developing products with temperature and cultural value is a good one.direction.This paper explores through a combination of theoretical research,field investigation and design practice,including literature review,market research,case analysis,and design practice.Visiting the papermaking workshop of Mr.Wang Kangli from Beizhang Village,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province,to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on the papermaking process,process and development status,analyze the development prospects of handmade paper from the market perspective,upgrade traditional handmade paper products,and develop more designs.Practical and environmentally friendly hand-made paper derivatives enhance the market prospects of handmade paper products and make efforts to retain valuable intangible cultural heritage resources.First of all,the paper puts forward the design problem of traditional handmade paper life products.Secondly,it analyzes the material properties of handmade paper,studies the social value and technical value of handmade paper,analyzes the direction of handmadepaper products from the perspective of protection and inheritance,investigates the existing products of handmade paper,compares it with industrial paper products,and finds the design ideas of handmade paper products.After investigation,starting from the characteristics of handmade paper,through multi-angle experiments,we obtained design inspiration.Figure114,Form7,References54.
