A Study On Construction Of Environmental Performance System Of Energy Enterprise

Since the industrial revolution,the development of the economy has shown a momentum of diversified development,but the development of modern industry has brought many unspeakable “Pain” to human beings: “smog” weather,black stinky water and automobile exhaust,extreme weather etc.These environmental problems are not only the bottleneck of modern industrial,but also a major constraint to the development of ecological civilization.Since the 18 th Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been upgraded to a very important stage.The “improvement of the overall ecological environment” has become one of the main goals of the 13 th Five-Year Development.On May 18 2018,the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference proposed that “taking efforts to promote ecological civilization and solving ecological and environmental problems” became a key issue that needs to be addressed in the next development process.Behind the environmental pollution problem is the wrong development concept of enterprises management.Economic development should be changed from pure pursuit of labor and capital efficiency to higher levels of environmental benefits.The evaluation of business performance requires a comprehensive indicator that can unify economic and environmental benefits.Environmental performance just can be effective.This paper takes the WBCSD Ecological Efficiency Index,the ISO Environmental Performance Assessment Standard,and the Technical Guide for Enterprise Environmental Behavior Evaluation issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2005 as a theoretical reference,combined with the disclosure of environmental information of listed companies and Social Responsibility Report as basis for the selection of environmental performance evaluation indicators.Then,combined with the era significance of ecological civilization,built four criteria dimensions to construct the environmental performance evaluation system.End with using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to calculate the comprehensive weight of each indicators.Then based on A power plant source data,use the environmental merit model to compare the standard values and observations for objective evaluation using the multiplier synthesis normalization method,indicating the practicality of the evaluation model.As far as the current situation is concerned,ecological culture and ecological system construction have a greater impact on environmental performance.Therefore,enterprises should focus on the future,increase investment in eco-environmental innovation,improve the level of environmental performance information disclosure,and use scientific environmental performance evaluation methods to improve environmental and economic benefits.
