Study On Process Design And Equipment Innovation Of Green Leaf Threshing Of A Cigarette Factory

Green leaf threshing is an important part of the tobacco industrial chain.Although significant progress has been made in the early stage,the current level of technology and equipment still cannot fully meet the requirements of the continuous development of cigarette brands for raw material processing.With the changes in the market,the deepening of the construction of Chinese cigarettes and the continuous development of the brand,higher requirements are placed on the individualization,specialization and potential value of raw materials.Green leaf threshing is the weak link in the cigarette production chain.It has become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the brand.In order to cultivate the new advantages of Chinese cigarettes,the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed a major project to upgrade green leaf threshing technology during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,and clarified the development of scale,homogenization,purification,informationization and quality assurance.direction.This paper focuses on the common needs of Green leaf threshing industry's technology upgrades,aiming to revitalize the Kunming Cigarette Factory's Green leaf threshing to become the core material of the “Yunyan” brand,the special threshing processing center and the industry's green leaf threshing technology upgrade demonstration line.In order to design and adapt to the breakthrough of the core processing technology of the “Yunyan” brand core material processing,we will build a foothold for the “big craft” technology system that meets the development needs of “Yunyan” brand,and innovative research methods from cigarette processing.Starting from the overall process optimization,the system design of green leaf threshing process technology is carried out;the process of green leaf threshing is divided into several relatively independent research modules,and the modularity innovation meets the improvement of individuality indicators of product quality;Integrated applications meet the overall needs of brand development;through "systematic design","modular innovation" and "integrated applications" in parallel,expand the use of raw materials,enhance the use value of raw materials,maximize the quality and fragrance,and achieve the core raw materials Qualitative,pure,intelligent and refined processing,part of the formulation technology Process forward and achieve green leaf threshing,silk and wrapped the whole process optimal processing;in addition to smell of advanced equipment and the introduction of comparison green leaf threshing industry,improve Roasting plant environment friendliness.
