Safety management has long been the core of coal mine production management.However,the serious accidents that have occurred in recent years have exposed the problems of“unclear and unthinkable”in the current safe production field.The establishment of a dual prevention mechanism is to address these issues,emphasizing the advancement of safety production,moving from hidden dangers to safety risk management.Based on this form,combining with the disaster situation of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine,this paper studies the disaster risk management and control system of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine by using the related theories and methods of safety management.In this paper,the method of disaster risk investigation is used to investigate the risk of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine,and 56 related hazard risks are obtained.By using the method of risk matrix,the hazard evaluation matrix of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine is established,and the hazard sources are evaluated.The relevant risk values and risk grades are obtained and formulated.Management and control measures;Established Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine disaster management and control risk evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process,obtained the weight of each index,and through the consistency test,obtained the main influencing factors of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine disaster management and control risk,and put forward relevant measures and suggestions.The scoring method of each secondary index in the established index system was worked out,and the disaster management and control level of Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine from January to August 2018 was evaluated.The evaluation results were compared with the results of quality standardization assessment,which showed that the established evaluation method of disaster management and control effect could better reflect the disaster control effect changes in Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine.Through the research of this paper,a disaster risk management and control system suitable for Dahuangshan No.1 Coal Mine has been established.The application of the results of this paper in No.1 Dahuangshan Coal Mine will continuously improve the level of disaster risk management and control,and provide technical means for safety production in No.1 Dahuangshan Coal Mine.
