| With the development of social economy,automobile has become an indispensable means of transportation in today's society,and its quantity will increase year by year.As a necessary part in the process of automotive production,automotive painting plays an important role in the process of automotive manufacturing.The quality of automotive paint film and the aesthetic degree of automotive color are the most intuitive evaluation,which is of great significance for improving consumers'evaluation of automobile.With the development of automotive industry,automotive coating materials and technology have been gradually improved.From extensive production to fine control,more and more new technologies have been developed and utilized.The primer in automotive is a coating after electrophoresis coating,which is used to better connect the electrophoresis layer and the color paint layer as the primer.Micro-BaS04 has excellent wear resistance,water resistance,heat resistance,surface hardness,impact resistance and light stability.It is a suitable body paint to be used in water-borne primer to replace part of Ti02 has high feasibility.In this paper,Micro-BaSO4 is applied to the water-borne peimer of B1B2 painting process to replace part of TiO2.By comparing the different addition amount of paint film mechanical properties,physical and chemical properties,composite coating appearance,one study found that when the dosage of ultrafine barium sulfate within 8%can achieve good comprehensive performance.By optimizing the formulation,the cosolvent and rheological agent in the water-based coating were adjusted,and the optimal combination scheme was selected.The test results show that the Micro-BaSO4 and TiO2 can be mixed to obtain a coating film with excellent performance,but in the course of application,the combination of cosolvent and rheological additives is also very important.The matching metal colored paint and varnish are applied to automotive painting to verify the good appearance of the paint. |
