This paper mainly studied the formula composition of water-borne one component polyurethane wood finish and its primer, and prepared the wood surface paint and supporting primer with excellent comprehensive performance. The whole paper includes two parts as follows:In the first part, influences of the film performance were studied by using different kinds of resins and additives, prepared the wood surface paint with excellent comprehensive performance. The results showed that the polyurethane emulsion A and acrylic emulsion D with the mass ratio of 1:1 as film forming matter, the film presents optimal comprehensive performance. The FT-IR analysis shows that the two resins occur to cross-linking reaction and hydrogen bond interaction. DSC results showed that polyurethane A's glass transition temperature (Tg) is 22.5℃, and presents a good film performance at low temperature; acrylic resin D's glass transition temperature (Tg) is 50.9℃, it can provide high hardness for film ,but need to increase the amount of film forming additives to present a good film performance at low temperature; Airex 901W as defoaming agent, the film presents good surface effect with the amount of 0.02% (mass percentage); Tg700 as wetting agent, the film presents most level-off and a good adhesion with the amount of 0.4%; dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether (DPnB) and dipropylene glycol methyl ether(DPM) with the mass ratio of 1:1 as film forming additives, the film presents good film surface effect and high hardness at low temperature 5℃w ith the am ount of 3.5% respectively; ZC 501 as thickening agent, the film presents high gloss and good construction performance with appropriate dosage; TS-100 powder as matting agent, the matting effect is excellent with less dosage and hardness of paint film was increased; SN-5040 as dispersant, matt finish has excellent storage stability.In the second part, the formula composition of supporting primer was studied, varieties of special acrylic emulsions for wood primer, film forming additives, grinding stuffing, anti-sedimentation additives, and different dosages'influence to the film were discussed, prepared the wood primer with excellent comprehensive performance. The experimental results showed that the acrylic resin H has excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance performance; DSC results showed that acrylic resin H's glass transition temperature (Tg) is70.9℃, dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether (DPnB) and dipropylene glycol methyl ether (DPM) as film forming additives, the film presents good film surface effect and high hardness at low temperature℃5 with the amount of 3.5% and 6.5% respectively; talcum powder MK-7 with 1250 mesh number as grinding auxiliaries, the film presents well burnished ability with the amount of 10%; cellulose ether E230X as anti-sedimentation additives, the wood primer has optimal stable storage performance with the amount of 0.2%.
