Company C is a specialized company that integrates oil and gas field engineering with the formation of the ground engineering design and construction business for oil and gas fields.Company's business scope: Oil and gas field engineering,natural gas liquefaction engineering,oil and gas storage and transportation engineering and refinery chemical construction,inspection and maintenance works,supplemented by a full business chain,full life cycle service capabilities,and actively develop unconventional oil and gas engineering,Proper development of engineering capabilities in the non-oil and gas and non-energy sectors.With the accelerated process of economic globalization and integration,the international general contracting market has initially formed an integrated pattern.Every general contracting enterprise is also faced with tremendous competitive pressure and enormous development opportunities.In order to adapt to the new international oil construction market environment,Company C insisted on market orientation and strengthened the research and adjustment of the market development strategy.Eventually,the company formed an intermediate and low-end traditional market as an entry point for the international petroleum engineering general contracting market and gradually opened up high-end market of international engineering general contracting market development strategy.Taking the Pakistan petroleum engineering general contracting market as an example,the text relies on strategic management theory knowledge and related analytical tools to conduct a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Company C in an attempt to solve a custom Pakistani petroleum engineering general contracting market tailored for Company C.Targeted development strategy.The analysis tools that will be used in this article include: PEST analysis,Porter's "Five Forces" model,IFE matrix,EFEmatrix,SWOT matrix,and QSPM matrix.Quantitative analysis of internal and external environmental analysis results.Through step-by-step analysis and summary of the internal and external environment of Company C,we have obtained the best strategies for four companies with complementary and highly relevant C companies to develop Pakistan's petroleum engineering general contracting market.In the end,this article also gives implementation measures for these four best strategies.It can be said that through a series of theoretical analysis,this paper finally gives an effective market development strategy,which indicates the direction of action for C company and at the same time provides a reference for C company to develop a new similar market such as Pakistan in the future.
