Research On Safety Production Risk Assessment And Management Of XX Coal Mine

With the acceleration of economic development,coal energy consumption has accounted for 70% of China's market demand.As a pillar of rapid economic development,the coal industry has maintained a rapid development momentum.China is a big coal-producing country,with 40% of the world's output,but more than 95% of the mining depends on the well work,the underground working environment and conditions are very bad,gas,water and fire and other times endanger the lives of well workers.According to statistics,57.5%,43%,89.5% and 49.2% of the state-owned coal mines in China have natural ignition,water hazard threat,explosion risk and high gas problem,respectively.Generally speaking,a series of problems are obvious,such as weak foundation of safety operation,inadequate safety management,low comprehensive quality of miners and low degree of mechanized information operation.In line with the guiding ideology of scientific system,the paper first combs the current situation of safety production risk and safety production risk evaluation at home and abroad,and systematically expounds the content of safety production risk management,evaluation theory and evaluation method.On this basis,it analyses the current situation of safety production risk in XX Coal Mine and finds out its existence.And identify the risk factors of safety production.Secondly,according to the design principle and analysis method of safety production risk factor index system,a set of related safety production risk evaluation index system is established.With the help of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the system is evaluated and analyzed.The system is synthesized according to the evaluation matrix and the weight of safety production risk factors.The resulting scores are evaluated on the results.Finally,according to the risk level and types of safety production in XX Coal Mine,further formulate effective countermeasures to help XX Coal Mine enhance the ability of safety production risk prevention and control,so as to reduce risks and improve benefits.
