With the development of cloud computing and big data technology,the mode of integrated cloud architecture has become the core component of enterprise information infrastructure construction,the cornerstone of realizing the integration,sharing and application of various information resources,such as production,manufacturing,service and office,and also the cornerstone of transforming the functions of various departments,improving service capabilities,and solving the "information" between departments and branches.Intensive,data sharing and innovative applications have become the main trends of private cloud development.On the other hand,China introduced "Made in China 2025" in May 2015,vigorously promoting the transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.At the same time,the rise of cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence is driving the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.With the landing of "Made in China 2025" and the in-depth integration of information technology and manufacturing industry,profound changes will take place in manufacturing mode of production,enterprise organization,product mode and service mode.Shaanxi Coal Industry Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Coal Group")has been developing its main industry at a high speed,while the development of information technology has been in an independent "chimney" development mode.In order to solve the current situation of independent system architecture among different units and departments,the Group decided to build an information project based on private cloud.Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group Cloud Platform is oriented to the business system of the group and its affiliated units at all levels,providing a centralized and unified business system deployment environment,that is,computing,storage,network and other resources.Through standardization,virtualization,automation and other technologies,it achieves a scalable and flexible resource supply platform,which can quickly provide the resources needed for business applications,flexibly increase and reduce resources,improve the utilization rate of resources and save costs.Based on the theoretical knowledge of project management,this paper completes the research on the progress management of private infrastructure cloud platform project in large enterprises of Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Group by combining the planning and control theory knowledge and practical application of project progress management.In this paper,the project background,general situation,implementation content and other aspects of the project to develop a scientific progress plan,activity estimation,progress control and other details,at the same time,with the help of network diagram,formulate a reasonable project schedule,through the analysis of deviations generated in the project process,timely change,put forward effective solutions,so that the project can be completed on schedule.Through the analysis,summary and evaluation of the work done on the progress of the project,this paper finally draws a reasonable and correct conclusion,which provides a reference for the future progress management of the project.
