With the development of society and the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation,new materials,new energy,new technology,new forms of business and new forms of organization have sprung up in large numbers,and the scale of enterprises has been expanding.As a result,the scope of accidents in enterprises has become wider and wider,and the consequences of hazards have become more and more serious.Production safety is the most serious shortcoming restricting the development of enterprises and the most prominent problem affecting the social image and economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises need to strengthen the management and control of production risk.Managers should deeply study the characteristics and rules of safety accidents,find targeted countermeasures,constantly deepen and improve,and break the bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.M Electric Power Engineering Company has a good momentum of development,with a large number of potential operational risk factors.These production risks become increasingly complex with the continuous expansion of business scale.The existing risk assessment methods can not meet the requirements of enterprise development,and can not make a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the current situation of the production risk of the company's business.There are scattered risk points,inefficient risk identification,and subjective risk assessment.The shortcomings of general methods of risk prevention.In order to overcome the problem of production risk assessment of M Electric Power Engineering Company,this paper uses the domestic and foreign research for reference,and uses the quantitative and qualitative evaluation method to systematize and formulate the analysis and evaluation of production risk of M Electric Power Engineering Company.Firstly,taking the production risk of the company as the research object,this paper uses the flow chart method to analyze the factors of production risk,and summarizes them into four categories:personnel risk,equipment risk,environmental risk and management risk,and constructs a risk evaluation index system,which solves the problems of scattered risk points and inefficient risk identification.Secondly,through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to quantify the various production risk factors,determine the key factors and high-risk factors of production risk,and obtain the overall production risk level of the company,thus solving the subjective problem of risk assessment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward targeted production risk prevention measures,and solves the problem of the general means of risk prevention.Based on the research ideas of finding,analyzing and solving problems,and using expert investigation and establishing scientific evaluation model as research methods,this paper makes an empirical study on the production risk of M Electric Power Engineering Company,objectively and systematically identifies the main contradictions affecting the production risk of the company,and puts forward pertinent preventive suggestions to break the restriction of production risk on the development of the company.
