Hoisting of large chemical equipment is the beginning and important phaseof engineeringproject construction,and the hoisting of engineering main equipment is the basic condition for the follow-up construction.With the expansion of the scale of chemical enterprises and the continuous improvement of equipment manufacturing technology,development of chemical equipment move forwardlarge-scale and integrated gradually.Integral lifting construction of large equipment becomes more and more critical for the construction of the project.Especially in the reconstruction project,not only the equipment itselfhoisting conditions should be checked,but also the site geological conditions should be measured and processed.This paper is aimed at the research on how to formthe hoisting conditions of the whole hoisting of large equipment in the complex construction environment.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Analysis of the hoisting environment of the hoisting equipment.The site area condition is the basic data of the hoisting construction plan and the successful implementation.The hoisting operation in this studyis located in the production site,and the corresponding safe distance should be considered.At the same time,according to the data of hoisting equipment,the construction scheduleof civil construction frame should be revised in time to meet the requirements of equipment hoisting.(2)According to the equipment lifting and uprighting statesin the whole lifting construction process,the deflection and stress of the cylinder wall of the transformation furnace was calculated withthe material mechanics method.The stress states of the local tower at the two axial ears,the axial ear plate and the welded axial ear wereanalyzed by finite element method.Reasonable results were obtained from all the above three analyses,which ensures the feasibility and safety of the whole lifting process of the transformation furnace,and verifiesthat the strength of the lifting equipment can meet the requirements of lifting construction.(3)Afterstudy ingthe development of hoisting construction technology,hoisting-by-hoisting method was chosenas the hoisting way forthe present hoisting construction.According to the hoisting equipment and hoisting conditions,together with the parameters of the large crawler crane in China,the suitable main crawler crane and the slip tail crane are selected.(4)The method of geostatic change has been studied and implemented.The hoisting construction area is soft soil,and the ground endurance can not meet the lifting construction requirements.In this paper,through theoretical calculation and experimental data analysis,layer-exchange method is used for lifting ground foundation treatmentin the soft soil hoisting constructionarea.Analyzingthe actual test data shows that the ground processing can satisfy the main crawler crane hoisting construction requirements.(5)All phases in the hoisting construction process arecontrolled with the control points includinghoisting load,rotation angle,super weight,lifting height,etc.The purpose is to ensure the safety of the hoisting construction process.
