HK mining group is one of the largest coal mining enterprises in China.It is also one of the hundreds of millions of tons of coal bases and one of the large coal power bases in China.Now mainly engaged in coal mining and sales,washing coal,coal preparation,industrial and mining equipment and accessories,power production and coal gas sales.Based on supplier management theory,selection and development theory,evaluation theory and other relevant theories,this paper establishes a supplier evaluation index system by combining quantitative and qualitative principles.Using the multi-objective weighted grey target decision method as the research tool,the evaluation and selection model of suppliers in HK enterprises is constructed and verified with an example.The research results are as follows:1.Construction of evaluation index system for bolt material suppliers.On the basis of the characteristics of bolt material and the present situation of enterprise procurement,and connecting with the domestic and foreign related research of supplier selection and evaluation of the literature,following the comprehensiveness and practicability of the evaluation index and maneuverability,the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative,from product quality,production capacity,cost,financial status,after-sales service,and enterprise environment six aspects to construct the supplier evaluation index system.Product quality(acceptance rate,product acceptance rate,product repair rate);Production capacity(on-time delivery rate,purchase cycle advantage,order satisfaction rate,equipment configuration degree);Cost(cost margin,product price advantage);Financial capability(current ratio,asset-liability ratio);After-sales service(communication and cooperation,problem solving efficiency,service satisfaction);In terms of enterprise environment(geographical location,economic and technological environment),there are 16 indicators.2.Selection and evaluation of suppliers.Combine with the related data of the candidate supplier and verify with an example.According to the constructed evaluation model and evaluation index system,the weight and combination weight of each index are determined by AHP,and the combined weight value of each index is obtained by calculation:Acceptance rate(0.0728),product qualified rate(0.1702),product repair rate(0.046),(0.0557)on time delivery rate,purchasing cycle advantage(0.0589),the order fill rate(0.0269)(0.0115),equipment configuration,cost profit margins(0.1747),the product price advantage(0.0583),the current ratio(0.1266),asset-liability ratio(0.0624)and communication cooperation degree(0.0148),the efficiency of problem solving(0.0487),service satisfaction(0.0135),Geographical location(0.047),economic and technological environment(0.0118);Multi-objective weighted grey target decision-making method was used to calculate the comprehensive effect measurement values of each supplier,which were:supplier A(0.691),supplier B(0.412),supplier C(0.231),and supplier D(0.584).rate(0.046),(0.0557)on time delivery rate,purchasing cycle advantage(0.0589),the order fill rate(0.0269)(0.0115),equipment configuration,cost profit margins(0.1747),the product price advantage(0.0583),the current ratio(0.1266),asset-liability ratio(0.0624)and communication cooperation degree(0.0148),the efficiency of problem solving(0.0487),service satisfaction(0.0135),Geographical location(0.047),economic and technological environment(0.01 18);Multi-objective weighted grey target decision method is used to calculate the comprehensive effect measurement of each supplier.They are:supplier A(0.691),supplier B(0.412),supplier C(0.231)and supplier D(0.584).3.Select the best supplier according to the comprehensive effect measurement value.The calculated comprehensive effect measure value is A(0.691)>D(0.584)>B(0.412)>C(0.231).According to the principle of multi-objective weighted grey target decision,the maximum value of the supplier's comprehensive effect measure is the optimal scheme,indicating that supplier A is the best supplier chosen by HK enterprises.Figure[4]table[13]references[55].
