The rapid development of iron and steel industry cannot be separated from automatic production equipment.As a part of the whole steel automatic production system,the traditional on-line steel plate marking monitoring systemgradually shows drawbacks and deficiencies with the rapid changes in the demand for automatic marking equipment.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to develop an online marking monitoring system that can meet the needs of multi-functions.In this paper,a steel plate on-line identification monitoring system is developed based on the upgrading project of a domestic iron and steel enterprise.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the current steel plate marking monitoring system and the future development trend through on-site inspection and access to relevant materials.Because of the limitation of hardware conditions in upgrading and reforming,the method of using monitoring system as data transfer was proposed,and the external factors affecting data transfer time were studied.By analyzing and comparing the communication time of the same influencing factor under different conditions or values,the optimal parameter setting is sought.Finally,the experimental results are used to guide the development of the monitoring system.2.According to the function and performance requirements of the upgraded monitoring system,the monitoring system is designed from the aspects of stability and data transmission.Aiming at the monitoring system running in unfavorable environment,this paper summarizes the methods to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the identification monitoring system from three aspects of data transmission,data storage and running environment,and guides the design of the identification system.3.The intelligence of online monitoring system is studied from fuzzy reasoning and time series respectively.Through multi-information extraction,information uploading and logic programming,fuzzy reasoning on the health status of the servo system is realized,and a method of humanized display of the health value obtained by reasoning with expected corresponding rules is proposed.4.Combined with Web and database technology,an economical and feasible remote monitoring scheme is proposed,and a side spray monitoring system with remote monitoring function is developed.Using the secondary development configuration software WinCC,combined with the expansibility of the global VBS script,a surface spray monitoring system with the functions of servo system health status display,expiration management,identification statistics,alarm management,data management,report management and so on is structure.
