| Tank facilities are widely used in water transportation,land transportation,petroleum,chemical transportation and other fields.If there is an accident,such as leakage,fire,it is very easy to cause a chain reaction and strong social effects.In this paper,acoustic emission detection of storage tanks is taken as the research object,safety detection and corrosion analysis of storage tanks are carried out,and acoustic holography technology is used to identify and analyze acoustic emission source signals of storage tanks.In this paper,based on sound holography technology,MATLAB is used for sound source reconstruction simulation,acoustic emission source signal recognition and sound field analysis.Locate the acoustic emission source and determine the optimal parameter configuration.The all-weather acoustic emission acquisition system was used for acoustic emission detection and sound source location experiment,so as to judge the condition of storage tanks and provide theoretical basis and experimental parameters for the safety monitoring of storage tanks in ports.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the damaged sound source of the port storage tank,the conformal(cylindrical-cylindrical)acoustic holography experimental model is established based on the statistical optimal cylindrical near-field acoustic holography.With the various parameters of the actual port storage tanks for reference,using MATLAB to reconstruct the sound source simple sound source and multiple sound source simulation respectively,for a number of debug the simulation parameters to obtain the best effect of simulation,analyzing and comparing the simulation results,to seek in the reconstruction of best effect under the condition of parameter values and parameters that affect the reconstruction accuracy.The influence of noise on source signal is discussed and the window function filter is used to regularize the signal.Secondly,in order to verify the acoustic holographic positioning scheme,all-weather acoustic emission acquisition system was used for acoustic emission detection and acoustic source location experiments.Multiple piezoelectric sensors were used to collect acoustic emission signals.Acoustic source location was conducted based on the statistical optimal cylindrical near-field acoustic holography.On the basis of the algorithm implementation,the optimal sensor configuration mode is obtained by comparing the test data of multiple groups,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results.The experimental results show that the positioning analysis results are consistent with each other.In this paper,the monitoring and positioning system for tank flaw detection is constructed to timely monitor the status of the storage tank,laying a foundation for the follow-up research on the online monitoring and safety evaluation expert system of the storage tank based on acoustic emission detection data acquisition and near-field acoustic holographic positioning algorithm.The relevant work is of significance to improve the level of online storage tank detection technology and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property. |
