With the rapid development of economic globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce and deepening international competition.China's manufacturing industry is also facing great challenges of business strategy and production system transformation.In order to adapt to the market-oriented advanced production mode of on-demand production,today's enterprises must have flexible response capacity and realize flexible production of product diversification,synchronization and short delivery period,In order to reduce the cost,shorten the relevant lead time and provide customers with short delivery period and high-quality products and services,more and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to the output speed,reduce waste,quality control and cost reduction.On the basis of Lean Six Sigma and its related theories,this paper analyzes the current problems of M company in combination with the actual production status of M company,and shows how to improve the sand removal yield of casting process in the operation management of M company through the actual case study of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC(definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control)structure and process research,through a large number of practical By using tools,fish bone diagram,Plato,kaapa analysis,DOE experimental design and implementation verification,the production efficiency and defect rate of the casting process of M company were greatly improved,and good accounting income was obtained.
