Research On Ultrasonic Automatic Testing Accessories Product Platform Of CNC Milling Machine

CNC milling machine ultrasonic automatic detection accessory product platform is a product design platform that can quickly design and develop a series of product designs that meet the design requirements according to design requirements.These products share common modules,common parts and systems,with common,standard internal and external interfaces and common production processes.According to the model of CNC milling machine,suitable members can be selected from these products to form a CNC milling machine ultrasonic automatic detection system to detect the work-piece to be inspected.The ultrasonic automatic detection system of CNC milling machine integrates the ultrasonic automatic detection accessories,CNC milling machine and computer organically,and on the basis of not disturbing the normal operation of the CNC milling machine,the milling machine is equipped with the ultrasonic automatic detection function to perform online detection of the work-piece.Ultrasonic automatic detection accessory is a kind of auxiliary equipment with simple structure,plug and play,attached to CNC milling machine.Based on the product platform and product family design ideas,this article designs a CNC milling machine ultrasonic automatic detection accessory product platform.According to the function,the platform is divided into three modules: suitability analysis,mechanical mechanism design and development,and control system design and development.Each module is studied in detail.First,based on the consideration of four aspects of technicality,functionality,economy,and applicability,combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a suitability evaluationsystem for CNC milling machine was established.It only takes four steps to quickly give the analysis results,and judge whether a CNC milling machine is suitable for installing accessories to constitute an ultrasonic automatic detection system.Secondly,it divides the module of the ultrasonic automatic detection attachment mechanical mechanism,and conducts detailed research on the attachment installation interface and additional movement module,and designs a variety of attachment installation structures and a new additional movement mechanism.Then,based on the mechanical structure of the attachment,the control system was modularized,and a two-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic automatic detection attachment control circuit was built.Finally,the experiment was carried out on the CNC vertical milling machine XK713,which verified the feasibility of this study.
