With the rapid development of industry,air pollution is becoming more and more serious.Xinxiang City is one of the key pollution cities of the“2+26”city of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air pollution transmission channel and the Central Plains urban agglomeration.The status of air pollution is not optimistic.PM2.5.5 and ozone?O3?are the key pollutants affecting the air quality of Xinxiang City,while VOCs as its precursor,the emission components are complex,and the prevention and control work is difficult.At present,there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation of VOCs control technology,and relevant research is urgently needed.This study is aimed at the comprehensive evaluation of the quantitative and qualitative combination of VOCs control technology applied in the typical industrial application of Xinxiang City,aiming to provide scientific advice for the selection of VOCs control technology.The research and application status of VOCs control technology at home and abroad are reviewed,and the removal principle,scope of application,application status and development prospects of destruction technology,recycling technology and combination technology are analyzed.By comparing the different end treatment technologies,it is found that the single end treatment technology has certain limitations in the treatment of VOCs,and the combined end treatment technology has the advantages of high purification rate,low energy consumption and no secondary pollution,and is gradually favored by people.This paper constructs a cost-benefit analysis model that considers the types of control technologies,gas flow,pollutant inlet concentration,removal efficiency,geography,annual operating time,and control technology,including investment costs,operating costs,and emission reduction benefits.Mainly consider operating costs.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,a comprehensive evaluation system of VOCs control technology including technical layer indicators,economic layer indicators,environmental layer indicators and management indicators is constructed,including15 sub-criteria level indicators such as technical applicability,technology maturity and process complexity.Among them,the first-level indicators“environmental layer indicators”,the second-level indicators“environmental impact”and“operating costs”are indicators with large weights in the evaluation system,which have a greater impact on the comprehensive assessment.Through field research,the control situation of typical industrial VOCs in Xinxiang City is analyzed.The practical application of VOCs control technology mainly includes eight kinds of absorption,adsorption and catalytic combustion technologies.Based on the survey data and expert scores,using the constructed model and system,a wire and cable manufacturing enterprise in Xinxiang City was used as an example to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the eight technologies actually applied.From the cost-effective quantitative calculation results,the initial investment of catalytic combustion technology is 1.35 million yuan,and the annual operating cost is 660 thousand yuan,which is a relatively low cost and high efficiency treatment technology.Combined with the quantitative calculation results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of eight VOCs control technologies was carried out by Yaahp software.The results show that the adsorption-catalytic combustion technology has significant advantages in environmental and economic evaluation compared with other control technologies.Comprehensive benefits are recommended VOCs control technologies.
