Research On Development Strategy Of JX Province Environmental Protection Industry

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China’s economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,which means that high-quality economic development has become an important goal of China’s economic development,and the optimization of industrial structure can boost the high-quality economic development.However,the current unreasonable and low-level industrial structure in China leads to a large number of waste of factor resources and low efficiency.Moreover,the way that using industrial production to promote economic growth is unable to meet the requirements of high-quality development.At the same time,the rapid development of traditional industries has brought serious pressure on the ecological environment.Therefore,the present deteriorating environment falls short of the expectation that people have for a better living environment.Thus,studying on industrial strategy of ecological environmental protection is of great significance to guide JX province to further optimize the industrial structure,to stabilize and improve the quality of ecological environment and to boost economic development in an environmentally-friendly way.This paper is devoted to analyzing the internal and external factors of ecological protection in industrial development in JX province by using the theory of strategic management,sustainable development and other related theories.Besides,this paper is going to introduce some ideas which is beneficial to ecological development based on the analysis of the political,social,economic,technological and other factors that affect its development.Moreover,the SWOT analysis is used to present the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of ecological protection industry in JX province.Furthermore,based on the analysis above,the paper puts forward the horizontal integration expansion strategies of JX Province’s environmental protection industry,including 1.expanding the consumption of environmental protection products;2.expanding the environmental protection service industry and the procurement of its products and services;3.expanding foreign cooperation;4.formulating a five-year strategic development goal,which is,to strive to achieve the industrial scale of about 270 billion yuan through five-year efforts;5.coming up with ways to implement the strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the ecological and environmental protection development strategy of JX Province,five aspects will be considered,involving,1.formulating and optimizing the business environment;2.accelerating the training for talents;3.improving the industrial investment and financing system;4.standardizing the industry management,and 5.increasing the investment in science and technology.
