With the advent of the digital era,the development of electronic computer technology greatly shortens the time required by the manufacturing industry in the field of product research and development,design and manufacturing,but in the field of product assembly technology in the manufacturing industry in China,it has not been improved as it should be.As assembly is an important part of the whole life cycle of products,how to improve the assembly process by using electronic computer technology has become a research hotspot of enterprises and research institutions.Based on the electronic computer technology,this paper proposed an optimization method to improve the product quality and efficiency by improving the assembly scheme in the product assembly process.This method is of great significance to the field of product assembly technology in China's manufacturing industry.In the field of assembly process of traditional manufacturing industry,if we design the assembly process of products,we need to design many physical models,and carry out multiple experimental assembly of products,then we can determine the assembly scheme.This method has a great waste of time and economic cost,and the result is not very good.The virtual assembly technology just solves the problems in the assembly process design of the above products.In this paper,based on the simulation software platform of virtual assembly technology,the assembly scheme of engine products was planned,and the assembly scheme was obtained on the basis of more intuitive,more economic and more efficient.In this paper,the virtual assembly comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the assembly scheme,and the optimal assembly scheme was summarized to improve the product quality.In this paper,the assembly process of an automobile engine was taken as the research object,and the virtual technology was used to optimize the assembly quality.First of all,the related theory of virtual assembly technology was studied,the basic theoretical definition of virtual assembly technology was described,the method of digital modeling of DELMIA software was introduced,and the basic conceptual process of planning assembly sequence and assembly path of DELMIA was constructed.Secondly,using the DELMIA software to establish the mathematical model,the virtual assembly path planning and virtual assembly sequence planning were carried out,the integration priority disassembly matrix was generated,and the feasible assembly scheme was obtained.Then,the quality evaluation system for the virtual assembly scheme was established by using ISM interpretive structure model.Finally,according to the quality evaluation system index,the comprehensive quality evaluation of virtual assembly was carried out by using VASS software.
