Fruit wine is becoming the favorite summer drink for all ages.Consumers' pursuit of fruit wine promotes the continuous development of the fruit wine industry.Mulberry has a unique flavor and has both edible and medicinal value.In order to better develop and utilize mulberry fruit resources,ferment mulberry into mulberry wine,retain its original nutritional components,and extend the shelf life.This thesis is about the design of a plant with an annual output of 500 t mulberry fruit wine.With mulberry as the main ingredient,mulberry wine is made through pretreatment,juice extraction,ingredient adjustment,fermentation,clarification and other processes.First,understand the industry's development prospects and the feasibility of building a winery;second,determine the choice of plant area,general layout design,production process design,calculation and selection of main equipment.Material balance is used to determine raw material consumption,workshop water consumption,power consumption,etc.Finally,determine the production management and safety management of the entire factory area.
