The development of the ethylene industry plays a vital role in China's industrial progress.The energy efficiency level of ethylene production plants has a deep impact on the development of a country's petrochemical industry.Due to the complicated and long production process of ethylene industry,the data categories are complex and uncertain.Moreover,there are many kinds of raw materials and products,and the data is multi-dimensional.There are usually some errors in the measurement process.Therefore,this paper studies the ethylene industry production plant based on data-driven energy efficiency analysis methods and provides certain production guidance.The research content of this paper is as follows.1.Since the data of ethylene industry is statistical data,with the characteristics of uncertainty,redundancy and noise,this paper proposes an interpretative structural model based on fuzzy theory.Firstly,the uncertainty data is processed by triangular fuzzy numbers to extract feature data.Secondly,using the interpretative structure model based on partial correlation coefficient to model the attribute relationship of feature data sets,remove the effects of redundant noise,analyze the structural factors affecting the energy efficiency of the ethylene production plant.Finally,energy-saving guidance is given to the ethylene production plant according to different production configurations,and the corresponding energy-saving potential is obtained.2.In the process of ethylene industry,the data has multi-dimensional and multiple input-output production indicators,this paper proposes a new energy efficiency analysis based on data envelopment analysis of principal component fusion.Firstly,the method of interpretative structural model and analytic hierarchy process is used to combine fuse the multi-dimensional production data to reduce the dimension of the data,and obtain comprehensive evaluation indicators,thus reducing the influence of the data envelopment analysis model on the merits of the decision-making unit due to multi-dimensional indicators.Secondly,the data envelopment analysis method is used to analyze the energy efficiency of the ethylene industry,and the comprehensive evaluation index is used as an input index,and the ethylene product is used as an output index.Finally,through energy efficiency analysis and production optimization guidance for single and multiple ethylene plants through cross-efficiency values and slack variables,the energy efficiency levels of each year and month of the plant are analyzed from different technologies and different production scales.3.Design and implement a prototype application system for energy efficiency analysis methods to make the energy efficiency analysis process more systematic and efficient.
