As the largest primary aluminum production base in the world,Binzhou has an important position and influence in the domestic and foreign aluminum industry and the economic and social development of Binzhou.Against the background of the province's in-depth advancement of major projects for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,the Binzhou aluminum industry is facing urgent demands for transformation,upgrading,and quality and efficiency enhancement.The shortage of talents is an important problem facing the aluminum enterprises in Binzhou.Taking enterprise A as an example,company A and Binzhou Technician Institute jointly created an ordering class for aluminum finishing and deep processing.This article mainly solves the problem of cultivating talents for schoolenterprise cooperation in the aluminum finishing industry from the perspective of enterprises.This paper finds the advantages and disadvantages of the training of schoolenterprise cooperation talents of company A by consulting relevant domestic and foreign materials and field surveys,research and various forms of questionnaires conducted by company A.Combined with the interviews with the management personnel of company A,this paper summarizes company A Conduct an in-depth analysis of the actual situation of the existing order shift,and finally put forward reasonable solutions and related strategies for the existing problems.Through the above research,it is recommended to increase the investment of enterprises and deeply participate in all aspects of talent training for the problems of shallow cooperation between schools and enterprises in the aluminum finishing and deep processing specialty of enterprise A,and weak management targeting;for the lack of teachers and the backward teaching system Problems,it is recommended to strengthen the training of corporate mentors;for the problem of low retention rate of companies,it is recommended to strengthen corporate talent management,attach importance to the construction of corporate culture,and pay more attention to the lives of employees.The above-mentioned order class model is just one of the school-enterprise cooperation systems,which provides new ideas for the cultivation of corporate talents.Of course,the order shift model can still absorb diversified ideas,break through the original drawbacks and invalid methods,and realize the rapid training of professional talents in enterprises.Further optimizing the school-enterprise cooperation will have a far-reaching impact on the human resource structure and talent training model of company A.Through the rationalization suggestions in this article,I hope to provide new ideas for the development of the school-enterprise cooperation model on the basis of ensuring the high-quality and continuous supply of talents of A companies.
