The development of numerical control technology,which is mainly represented by CNC machine tools and industrial robots,is one of the key technologies in the development of modern industry in China,and China has become the largest machine tool production and consumption country in the world.The numerical control rate of industrial machine tools is increasing.In this context,the shortage of CNC technology has become an important problem restricting the improvement of industrial manufacturing productivity,especially in the first line of blue-collar NC technical personnel gap is huge.And this part of the basic NC personnel training is mainly rely on secondary vocational colleges to complete the training of CNC professional,so secondary vocational colleges and universities to train the number and quality of professional training related to the development of CNC machine tool industry.Secondary vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical professionals as the goal,is an important base for the cultivation of numerical control technology personnel.At present,the status quo of professional quality training of NC students in China is not optimistic.Most of the teaching research of NC technology specialty in middle vocational schools is local,lack of overall understanding of NC professional teaching,focusing on basic technical training,and neglecting standing in NC Career development point of view,from the students professional skills,cultural knowledge,professional ethics and psychological quality and other aspects of comprehensive training.In this paper,we focus on the current situation of the professional quality of the secondary vocational students,and from the perspective of the cooperation between schools and enterprises to seek the training of the professional quality of the secondary vocational students.In the whole process of the thesis,the author first analyzes the status quo of the cooperative research between the school and the enterprise,and clarifies the concept,connotation and training mode of the professional quality,clarifies the professional quality of the cooperation between schools and enterprises The necessity and significance of training,both the theoretical basis of this study,but also a comprehensive summary of the relevant research.Secondly,according to the status quo of the professional quality of NC students in A school in Jiangxi Province,the questionnaire survey and analysis of NC students and full-time teachers were conducted respectively.The interviewees of NC-related enterprises and enterprises were interviewed and analyzed by data analysis the current situation and causes of the cultivation of professional qualities in the mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.Furthermore,from the advanced mode of domestic and foreign cooperation between the school and the international students,this paper analyzes the mode and characteristics of the cooperation between the school and the enterprises at home and abroad,and obtains the inspiration.On this basis,It is of great significance to improve the quality and quantity of professional quality training in the cooperation between NC and enterprise in NC colleges and universities in secondary vocational colleges in China,and put forward constructive measures from the school level and the enterprise level respectively.
