Research On Patent Analysis Of Inorganic Ceramic Membrane

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the transformation of human society is more profound and far-reaching than previous period.The process of global economic integration is constantly improving and the scale and process of technological innovation are developing at an unprecedented speed.Technology-oriented inorganic ceramic membrane enterprises urgently need to improve their ability of independent innovation and the protection level of scientifi.Therefore,it is a great significance to promote the independent innovation in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane technology to study the patent layout of inorganic ceramic membrane based on patent literature.Based on the patent data of inorganic ceramic membrane,this paper conducts a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the patent layout of inorganic ceramic membrane.It has analyzed the global technology development trend,patent technology analysis of major innovative countries,and domestic invalidation patent analysis.The patent application situation and technical layout of China,the United States and Japan in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane matrix material and aperture control were analyzed.This paper analyzes the invalidation patents of inorganic ceramic membrane and the layout of invalidation patents in China.The main research results are listed as follows:(1)From the perspective of the global patent application trend,the patent application in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane presents a zigzapping trend,which is basically the same as the technological development trend in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane.It can be divided into three stages: the initial stage(1967-1981),the low-speed growth stage(1982-1996),and the high-speed growth stage(1997-present).(2)From the perspective of the source and target countries of patents,Japan,the United States,developed countries represented by Germany and China are among the world's major technology originators.Japan and the United States not only file a large number of patent applications overseas,but also pay attention to the patent layout of each country.China's applications in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane far exceed those of other countries,but the number of foreign layout is very small,the number of foreign layout countries is not much,China has not formed a large-scale patent layout.(3)From the perspective of innovation subjects,most applicants for inorganic ceramic membrane are from Japan,China and the United States.Among the top 20 in the world,Japan,the United States and China have obvious patent advantages in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane.In particular,Japanese enterprises are more prominent,while Chinese applicants are mainly scientific research institutes.(4)From the perspective of the patent technology distribution in various countries,the field of inorganic ceramic membrane matrix material,the patent applications of the United States and Japan mainly focus on the three technical branches of alumina ceramic film,silicon oxide ceramic film and zirconia ceramic film.The technical distribution of inorganic ceramic membrane matrix materials in China is different from that in the United States and Japan.The main patent layout is concentrated in alumina ceramic membrane,silicon oxide ceramic membrane and titanium oxide ceramic membrane,while zirconia ceramic membrane is relatively less.In the field of inorganic ceramic membrane aperture control,the patent applications in the United States,Japan and China mainly focus on the microfiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane,and the nanofiltration membrane is relatively small.(5)From the perspective of invalidated patents in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane in China,there are 734 invalidated patents in the field of inorganic ceramic membrane in China,which are mainly composed of termination,withdrawal and rejection of rights.The patent invalidation caused by abandonment is less,and the patent application with withdrawal and termination of rights is the main cause of invalidation.The main cause of patent invalidation in China and Japan is the termination of rights caused by unpaid annual fee,followed by less withdrawal,rejection and abandonment.The main cause of patent invalidation in the United States is withdrawal,followed by termination of rights.
